A great server assistant can make or break the slowest or busiest service. They make all of the most important tasks of clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables. While also refilling beverages, and polishing glassware/silverware. We are looking for passionate co workers who are proud of the hospitality we give our guests and one another.

Other duties include but not limited to:

• Adhere to safe food and beverage serving practices as stated by state and company practices.
• Sell our product and services, plus upsell, when possible, in a non-aggressive manner.
• Keep up to date on knowledge of menus, products, and recipes.
• Help communicate counts and/or 86’d items.
• Maintain proper mise en place pars for and after service.
• Proper knowledge of daily updates and VIP needs.
• Adhere to proper product usages practices and communicating comps or spills.
• Take ownership of the station during a shift from furniture, fixtures, and service items to the entirety of your guest life cycle.
• Warmly greet every person in any interaction.
• Provide service in the utmost hospitable manner.
